hey! i’m lauren, the founder of nurture and heal, a space born from my love of visual arts and human connection.

as a teacher, my dream began with helping young people communicate more openly, build meaningful relationships, and better understand themselves. art has always been part of that for me. it’s a way to express, reflect, and heal.

what started with children’s workshops grew into working with families and young adult's, all centred around creativity and connection.

in my free-time, i simply create whatever feels right in the moment and let my work grow naturally alongside me. from writing poems, to making cute greeting cards, to creating quirky illustrations, and all the way to realistic portraits. whatever floats my boat :)
